North American Golf Experience is an exclusive national web site golf directory which provides information on all of the participating golf courses, schools, resorts and private country clubs in North America and eventually the world. With our online service, the member and non-member have the opportunity to shop and view the many different courses with a virtual tour and complete information about the course, plus other important information regarding the golfing industry. We also offer discounts on green fees, golf carts, range passes, lessons, pro shop merchandise, food and beverage.
Plus, timely e-mail specials and news related to the golf industry, please provide your address for these specials at the time of sign up.
The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the North American Golf Experience service, including membership of the golf pass,
participation in its bulletin boards, on-line tee times and other services, as provided by North American Golf Experience. Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully. Your use of and/or registration on any aspect of the Service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use the Service. These rules may be modified from time to time. Continued access of the Service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
North American Golf Experience User Agreement & Rules of Usage:
Membership of the golf pass
is an annual charge of $40.00 for individual, $35.00 each with groups of two or more, $30.00 each for our corporate card, and $100.00 for family (families consist of spouse and children). The membership fee can be made effective with a credit card, check or money order.
When payment of membership is guaranteed. Within 5 days the member will receive a membership card along with our golf book directory. This membership card will be used to book tee times as well as get your discounts. After you make your reservation at the golf course, each member must disclose membership card. Important do not forget to bring your membership card to each destination or member will not be entitled for your benefits. Membership cards are solely for the use by the member and cannot be transferred.
Green fees discounts that are offered by the golf course are exclusive for the North American Golf Experience member and cannot be combined with any other special offer.
Due to the high turnover ratio of staff in the golf business, members must disclose member card ID and show driverís license to get their benefits. If the staff does not recognize our membership card, please show a copy of our brochure and/or ask for the head golf professional or call us directly.
The golf course may team you up with other players if you have less than a foursome.
In case of inclement weather, the course may declare your tee time a rain out and in that event, at the discretion of the course, members will receive the golf courses normal rain check policy and not from N.A.G.E. It is the members responsibility to call the golf course on rainy days to check and see if your tee time is rained out. If you are rained out while you are on the golf course you must check back with the starter to see about their rain check policy.
Membership discounts are negotiated with golf courses at the beginning of each year and benefits often change during the life of your membership, some added and some removed. It is solely the responsibility of the member to keep apprised of such changes via our web site at www.golfexperience.com or by telephone. North American Golf Experience is not accountable for any member benefit changes, nor is the golf course or N.A.G.E.ís affiliates.
Terms and condition of benefits are subject to change during your membership. N.A.G.E. cannot be responsible for any neglect made by the member.
N.A.G.E. is not responsible for any electronic error regarding our web site.
You agree to abide by all the rules of the course for which you make a reservation, including rules governing attire and conduct.
On-line tee times vary on rules based upon each location, before making on-line tee times check for each locations rules and regulation.
Reservations for on-line tee times can be made for members of N.A.G.E., and for eligible family members, if you have a family membership. Non-member guests are also permitted for on-line tee times with valid credit card. Please be aware, members may or may not get there discount if you use the on-line tee time reservation system and each golf course has separate requirements for on-line tee times.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and/or servers in any way, and you agree not to impede or interfere with others' use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on or associated with the Service.
Other than connecting to Service Provider's servers by http requests using a Web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to Service Provider's servers by any means - including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.
You acknowledge that Service Provider has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of all sites linked to from this Service and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites linked to from this Service. Your linking to any service or site is at your sole risk.
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE SERVICE PROVIDER, ITS AFFILIATES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED ("CLAIMS"), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES, IN PART: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR".
Service Provider makes no representation that materials on the Service are appropriate, available or legal in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Service do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in New York, NY. In addition, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
The information on our web site is from sources we believe to be reliable, but is in no way guaranteed. North American Golf Experience cannot be held liable for any changes or misrepresentation made by the golf course, nor by the sponsors who promote their products. All memberships are non-transferable. Any litigation brought to N.A.G.E. must be represented by their attorney in Denver, CO.
